POLICY & EXCHANGES

Policy and Returns:
 Rogue Collections at the moment ONLY provide pre-orders. Which means that when payment is made in full orders it will take 2-3 business days to process, once its been processed and shipped a tracking number will be emailed/messaged to you it will take an additional 3-5 business days to arrive. Signature is REQUIRED upon arrival of package by customer. 
 
RETURN POLICY:
 
We strive to provide efficient and amazing customer service to all of our customers. If you by any chance receive the wrong package, we will gladly accept the hair back in return for your correct order. The products/Hair MUST NOT be altered and in the same condition its been received. We will DECLINE the return if the items aren’t in their original state. 
 
As in for bundles and wigs orders they are all FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES these are for sanitary reasons. 
 
LOST/DAMAGED ORDERS:
 
Once packages have been shipped and your tracking number has been sent out, the package is OUT OF OUR CARE and becomes in the care of the shipping company USPS MAIL. If your package is by any chance damaged or stolen, PLEASE contact USPS MAIL to take care of your concern as its out of our hands.
 
CUSTOM MADE UNITS:
 
Custom Units take 7-14 days to be processed, constructed, and shipped. So please make sure if you would like a unit made to place your order 2 WEEKS in advance to receive it on time! 
 
EXPEDITED UNITS
We do offer expedited custom unit orders with a fee of $100, when payment is made in full and the hair is received your unit will be made the same day and shipped the next day via USPS next day shipping. When placing an order, for your unit make sure you add this option to be added to your total.
